MotionPix is an AI-powered application that allows users to create, edit, animate, and enhance images and videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and process it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to users.

You may contact us to request deletion of uploaded or generated content, request access to or correction of your personal information, ask how your images or videos are processed, report privacy or security concerns, or obtain customer support.
2.1 Images, Videos, and Creative Content
When you choose to use an AI video, animation, enhancement, or editing feature, you may upload or select source images, source videos, prompts, style preferences, editing instructions, and generated results.
Selected media may include personal information if it contains identifiable people, voices, locations, or other details. You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process any content you provide.
2.2 Generated Content
We process generated images and videos so that results can be displayed, downloaded, saved, or shared by the user. Uploaded media, temporary processing files, and generated results may be temporarily stored while the requested operation is completed and the result is delivered.
2.3 Device and App Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including device type, operating-system version, app version, language settings, app interactions, features used, crash logs, diagnostic information, network information, and performance information. This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
2.4 Purchases
MotionPix may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Google Play or another applicable platform provider. We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information. We may receive transaction identifiers, purchased-product information, purchase status, and subscription status to verify purchases and provide premium features.
2.5 Support Information
If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, attachments, and other information needed to respond to your request.
Depending on the features you use, MotionPix may request access to photos and videos, camera, microphone, storage, or notifications. These permissions allow you to select media, capture content, save generated results, add audio when supported, and receive service-related notifications such as generation-status updates.
Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature. You can manage these permissions through your device settings. MotionPix does not intentionally access photos, videos, camera, microphone, or files that you have not selected or authorized for use.
We use collected information to provide AI video and image features requested by users, upload selected content for AI processing, generate and return results, maintain and improve app performance, diagnose crashes and technical problems, validate purchases and subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
We do not sell users' uploaded images, videos, prompts, audio, or generated content. We do not use uploaded or generated content for advertising. We do not use uploaded or generated content to train our own artificial intelligence models.
When you use AI creation or editing features, the content and instructions you select may be securely transmitted to AI processing providers or cloud service providers that help generate the requested result.
The user must actively select media or enter instructions and initiate the operation. MotionPix does not secretly capture media or upload content in the background without a user-initiated action.
Selected content is used only to perform the requested operation, deliver the generated result, protect the security of the service, and comply with applicable legal requirements. AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unrealistic. Users should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, including AI processing providers, cloud hosting or temporary storage providers, analytics or crash-reporting providers, Google Play or another platform provider used to process purchases, and legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
These providers may process information only for the purpose of providing their services and are required to protect it according to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Uploaded images, videos, prompts, audio, temporary processing files, and generated results are retained only for the time needed to complete the requested operation and deliver the result. They are deleted from our active systems within a reasonable period after processing is completed, unless retention is required for security, troubleshooting, legal compliance, or user-requested storage features.
Crash logs and technical diagnostic information may be retained for up to 90 days. Purchase and subscription records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal obligations. Support communications may be retained for up to 12 months after a request is resolved, unless longer retention is required by law.

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request. Please provide enough information for us to locate the relevant data. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request. Deleting the app from your device does not automatically submit a server-side data deletion request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission, access controls, restricted system access, and data-retention controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
MotionPix is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the higher minimum age required in the user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable minimum age. If we learn that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

You may upload or process content only when you have the necessary rights, permissions, and consent. MotionPix must not be used to impersonate, defraud, harass, exploit, or harm another person; create deceptive content intended to mislead others; create or distribute intimate content without the subject's explicit consent; create sexual or exploitative content involving minors; violate another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other legal rights; or engage in illegal activity.
We may restrict access to the service when necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent, object to or restrict certain processing, request a portable copy of applicable information, or submit a complaint to a data-protection authority.

AI, cloud, analytics, crash-reporting, payment, and other service providers may process information in countries or regions outside the user's place of residence. Where required by applicable law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, data practices, or legal obligations change. When changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date and publish the revised Privacy Policy on the same page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
