These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application and services.
By downloading, accessing, or using MotionPix, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
MotionPix provides AI-powered tools that allow users to create, edit, animate, and enhance images and videos. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.
By using MotionPix, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, upload only content that you own or have permission to use, not use the app for illegal, harmful, abusive, exploitative, or misleading purposes, not infringe on the rights of others, and use AI-generated content responsibly.
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, create, save, publish, or share.
You retain ownership of any content you upload. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to process your content solely to provide the app's functionality, generate requested outputs, maintain service security, and comply with applicable law.
Content may be processed by automated AI systems to generate outputs. We do not claim ownership of your generated content.
You must have all required rights, permissions, and consents for the content you upload, including any images, videos, voices, likenesses, names, trademarks, copyrighted works, or other protected materials.
You may not use MotionPix to impersonate or mislead others, defraud, harass, threaten, exploit, or harm another person, create intimate or sexual content without the subject's explicit consent, create sexual or exploitative content involving minors, violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other legal rights, distribute malware or harmful code, interfere with the service, reverse engineer the app, bypass safety or access controls, or engage in illegal activity.
We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or terminate service when necessary to prevent abuse or comply with applicable law.
All rights, title, and interest in MotionPix, including its technology, design, features, trademarks, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the app except as permitted by applicable law.
Some features may require payment. Payments are processed securely through platform providers such as Google Play or other applicable app stores. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings.
We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information. Refunds, billing issues, and subscription cancellation options may be subject to the rules of the applicable platform provider.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, your behavior may harm the service or other users, or suspension or termination is required by law or regulatory request. You may stop using the service at any time.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access, that the service will be error-free, or that AI-generated results will always be accurate, realistic, lawful for every use, or meet your expectations.
AI-generated content is produced automatically and may vary in quality and outcome. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before saving, publishing, distributing, or relying on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MotionPix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, content, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities; or issues arising from user-provided or generated content.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MotionPix harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted within the app or on relevant pages. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Some jurisdictions provide mandatory consumer protections that cannot be limited by these Terms.
